I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally report an incident which happened to me while I was on duty as a government officer.
On dated: 18-01-2025 around 7:42 pm at main preedy street near Islamia Girls College. I was on my way to my duty station while a motorcyclist namely …… began to follow my car as well as began to film/ record a video without any apparent reason. Furthermore, he attempted to intimidate me with threats during the filming/ recording of the said incident on his cellphone. In response, I tried to stop him on the road and asked him to delete the video which he had recorded upon which he began to extend me further threats of dire consequences. Despite this, he continued his attempts to record and kept issuing the threats.
Further that I made a telephonic call to the SHO brigade upon which he asked me to submit an application to the concerned p.s.
It is to further submitted that a civil suit no. …./2024 is pending against the concerned accused person(s) i.e……. ( land grabbers and water tanker mafia) hence, every now and then the following accused person(s) keep threatening me and following me place to place to harass me and are extending threats of grave consequences.
Given the circumstances, I request you to take proper necessary action and to look into this matter as such kind of behavior is unacceptable and possesses a risk to public servants performing their duties.
