EVALUATION OF THE MINOR

It is most respectfully stated on behalf of the applicant above named that sufficient evidences have been placed on record which shows that the minor is under serious threat from the respondent as the respondent had been subjecting the minor to physical torture which is continuing till to date. Hence, the applicant being the real and natural guardian of the minor has serious concerns regarding the health of the minor because of the threats to harm/ torture by the respondent. It is respectfully prayed from the honorable court to appoint a neurologist/ psychiatrist for the purpose of the medical evaluation of the minor.
