That I am the applicant and real father of the above named minor/ ward in above matter as well as Executant of this personal bond and as such am fully conversant with the facts of this Personal Bond.
That I say that this Honourable Court has passed an order dated: ___________ for the purpose of meetings with the minor to be held through the commissioner appointed by the Honourable Court as per the order which reads as:
“ Applicant is allowed to meet with the minor on 1st of every month at Lucky One Mall [REDACTED], 3000/- which is to be paid by the applicant. Furthermore, applicant is also allowed to have meeting with minor on video call on every Saturday for 10 minutes.”
That I undertake that in case of taking minor outside of the premises of the meeting place i.e. Lucky One Mall [REDACTED], ____________/- before this Honourable Court as security.
