CONSTITUTIONAL PETITION UNDER ARTICLE 199 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF PAKISTAN

Most respectfully the petitioner above named submits as under: -

That the petitioner is a respectable citizen of Pakistan having a business of consultation and services under the name and style of “[COMPANY NAME REDACTED]” since 25 years and has done many successful projects related to government and public sector. ( photocopy of registration of [COMPANY NAME REDACTED])

That the respondent is the owner of a [ADDRESS REDACTED]. Ad measuring approx. 650 sq. yards, signed an agreement on dated: 14th Nov 2017 with the petitioner to provide services for the supervision on the plot No: 752 and 753, Asif colony, [AREA REDACTED], Karachi for the construction of flats/ apartments and shop and the construction shall be ground plus seven overall.

That it had been decided that the respondent will book the flats and shops and maintain the accounts under the supervision of petitioner and pay 7% to the petitioner of the total cost plus Rs: 5,50,000 to the architect on the recommendation of the petitioner.
