It is respectfully submitted on behalf of the Petitioner, named above, that this Hon’ble Court was pleased to allow the above Succession Miscellaneous Application vide Order dated _________ and directed the petitioner to furnish solvent sureties of equivalent value of the property amount thereof in accordance with rules. However, despite his best effort the petitioner has not been able to arrange the surety and property which is the left behind by the deceased.
It is therefore most humbly submitted that the petitioner may be exempt from furnishing the solvent surety or alternatively other property documents or upon furnishing personal bond may be treated as surety for the purpose of issuance of the succession certificate/ letter of administration.
