However, instead of treating it as the monthly maintenance amount, you and your fellow members of the association without informing our client deduct it and treated it as the amount for miscellaneous work i.e. for the purpose of installation of cctvs in the locality and for the installation of raw water suction system from the basement of the building.
That you handed over a receipt of maintenance to our client informing and instructing him to clear the outstanding dues of the month of march 2024 without serving any prior notice to our client with regards to the deduction of the amount for said miscel
