WHEREAS I am involved in legal proceedings in Civil Suit in this Hon’ble Court East at Karachi.

AND WHEREAS I wish to appoint an attorney in relation to all pending, anticipated and further legal proceedings;

To deposit and withdraw any money for any proceedings.

To obtain copies of documents and papers.

To engage and obtain any solicitors, advocates or counsel to act and plead and otherwise conduct any legal proceedings whenever my said attorney thinks proper to do so.

To appoint one or more sub-attorney with any or all of the above powers.

To do all other lawful acts and things in connection with aforesaid legal proceedings or appeal there from as effectually as I could do if I were personally present and I hereby agree that all acts and deems and things lawfully done by my said attorney shall be construed as acts, deeds and things, done by me and I do hereby undertake and agree to ratify and confirm all and whatever that my said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done for me by virtue of the power hereby given.
