1.That I knew the deceased Muhammad Khalid Saigal, who died at Karachi on 18th May, 2021.

2.That the above-named MUHAMMAD KHALID SAIGAL SON OF [DECEASED FATHER NAME] Yousuf ordinarily resided at Karachi and left properties at the time of his death within the jurisdiction of this Honourable Court.

3. That the said deceased at the time of his death left his surviving the following persons as his next of kin according to Sunni Hanafi Muslim Law.
